Carl Ehrlich established Central Builders in 1989 as direct response to the need to fill niche market areas in the construction industry. He successfully founded and built the company with quality business ethics and fair pricing, operating within the philosophy “a company is only as good at its team.” As such, Carl has gathered a phenomenally talented and loyal group of construction experts that cover a broad range of field specialties.
Bryan Ehrlich, Vice President
Bryan is an integral member of Central Builder’s team. As project manager, he is a vital contributor to our turnkey project achievements, and department liaison to both internal and external customers from coordinating people and resources, to managing special project criteria for our clients. Bryan continually exceeds client and company expectations.
Mark Ehrlich, Project Executive
Mark has been a key member of the Central Builders team for 9 years and has been directly involved in every facet of a construction project. His understanding of the coordination it takes to complete a project on-time results in great relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, architects, engineers and owners’ reps. He constructs weekly reports for budgets, status, and deadlines, ensuring that the on-site team is working cohesively and towards a common goal.
Matt Ehrlich, VP Of Administration
Matt joined Central Builders in 2015 and quickly used his skills of problem-solving, leadership, and employee development from his time in the U.S. Marines to help manage CBI and its recent growth. Matt oversees all administrative responsibilities for Central Builders out of its headquarters in San Antonio and has been integral to the development in technology, efficiency, and policies to keep up with the company’s growth.
Dora Ehrlich, Special Projects Coordinator
Dora has 15 years of experience as an integral member of Central Builder’s support team. She continually completes complex tasks in a timely manner and provides the experience and ‘know how’ to ensure the tasks are completed accurately. Dora oversees corporate management and company financials to create the perfect environment for success. Dora continually exceeds client and company expectations.
Greg Lawson, Chief Estimator
Greg contributes in overall Project Operations. His first project involvement is the estimating/design build processes. Upon successfully obtaining a project, Greg continues to provide day-to-day leadership in project buy-out, scheduling, resource allocation and problem resolutions until the project is brought to a successful completion.
Stan Wilson, Project Manager
Stan contributes 29 years of seasoned engineering and project management experience to projects in multiple locations ranging in cost from $500K to $3M. He is currently responsible for managing all aspects of a construction project including hiring and supervising sub-contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, adhering to the budget and maintaining an in-depth reporting and tracking system for man hours, materials and scheduling.
Jordan Lightning, Project manager
Jordan has been a part of the Central Builders team since 2014 and earned degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas State University. While both attending school and interning full time at CBI, Jordan stood out as an emerging leader and early on, demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling and project management. He now brings two years of project management experience to the Central Builders team and is a vital contributor to our turnkey project achievements and a liaison to both internal and external customers.
Daniel Salinas, Project Manager
Daniel brings more than 15 years of project management experience to the Central Builders team. He is responsible for the on-site daily management of his construction projects and for assessing each job per the specific needs, looking for opportunities to complete the job ahead of schedule. He reviews current safety programs and incorporates regulatory standards into existing regulations related to employee safety, health, security and environmental policy.
clark broom, accounting manager
Clark earned a degree in Finance from Texas State University and soon after joined the team at Central Builders working as a Project Manager Assistant. Skilled with numbers, Clark quickly excelled in construction budgeting, billing and contracts. In 2019, he moved over to Central Builders’ corporate division as Accounting Manager. Clark looks to increase efficiency throughout the company and make certain the company’s accounting practices are up to date and consistent with growth. He is the direct liaison between Central Builders and our third-party accounting firm.
